Sourdough

We have been making sourdough bread using our own starter culture since 2003.

Natural fermentation for our sourdough bread with no added flour improvers.

Its keeps very well and has a wonderful flavour even when toasting several days later.

You can now order it and we will have it for collection at your chosen branch to

save a disappointment in case all have been sold.

Ingredients: Flour ( GLUTEN), Water, Salt, natural yeast)
